Great procrastination tool. If you can't concentrate on what you have to do, you can always log in for a few minutes and are always likely to find some REALLY interesting discussion going on (hopefully related to VFP), so you are always bound to learn something new.

You sometimes get an answer in a matter of minutes to a problem that would take you hours to solve.

Discussion is not limited to technical matters. There are some great threads on business-related issues.
