Yes, I did it at home, Secret Cow level:

Condition:
- Wirt's leg, At Act 1 Quest 3 T...ium Place, Click Wirt's Body to get it
- Hxx Cube, Act 2 Quest Item, Sure get it
- Kill Diablo 1 time
- Tome of Portol, can buy in Akara in Rogue...

then Restart Normal Game, put the Wirt's leg with Tome of Portol(With Scroll) in Cube, Click Transmulate!
A Red Portol to Secret Cow Level is Opened..

hehe, at hOme, I use Soc and put 3 firewall (Skill 20), demage 7xx per second, Cow run into fire and die...... :)
