Does anyone know of some code that will compare two files and save the deltas between them. I'd like to pass it two files and have it create a file of the deltas between file one and two. I'd also like to be able to take the older file, apply the deltas, and get the newer file. Likewise, I'd like to take the newer file subtract the deltas and get the older file. I believe Visual Source Safe might do this via COM, but don't want to have to require the user to license VSS. Anybody know of an ActiveX control or DLL that might do this?
