I'd go to the FoxPro forum and dl Ed Rauh's API_APPRun from the files section. This allows you set the commandline and execute the exe. You can either spawn the app and return or you can have your VFP app wait until the spawned app is terminated. I'm using it to launch a 3rd party communications app written in VC++. I've used it successfully on all platforms from Win95-ME BETA 3 and NT 4.0 SP4 - SP6a & Win2000.
