The Mere Mortals Framework
> Well, a little confusing ;-) If I followed correctly, what you did (should) work. The Requery() isn't required in that case. I even did a little test (standard VFP, no MM framework) form and it worked OK. I thought it might make a difference if it was a Dropdown List vs Dropdown Combo, but both worked OK for me. Which combo class are you using?
Sorry about that, I am using cbizobjmodalform and dropping ccomboboxl combos on it. I was trying to get this to work by using a bizrule class attached to the primarybizobj. I was calling the rule from the combo.InterativeChange(). I found the problem. If I do a THISFORM.Refresh after I set the combo.DisplayValue, it wipes out the value being displayed, so I just moved my refresh(). Thanks for your suggestions. It always helps if you know someone else can get it to work. :)
