It may be worth opening the project as a table:

USE Project.pjx

Obviously, ensure you've not got the project open at the time. You should then be able to search the 1st field, Name for the report. You could then mark the record for deletion & then PACK the table.

Hopefully, you can then close & then open the project & add your report.
