Could you set your printer to be PDF Writer, e.g.:
set printer to name 'Acrobat PDFWriter'
?set('printer',2)
in command window?

If you can not, I assume, you didn't install Acrobat Writer properly.
If you can, try open your report, Print..., choose PDF Writer here.
Let me know, if it works, so we can start from there.
