If nothing pans out with the printer driver and video suggestions, try process of elimination to determine which object on the report is causing the problem. Start by making a backup copy of the report, Then, remove half the objects to see if the problem is still there, if not, put back half the objects you removed to see if the problem comes back, etc. until you find the object causing the problem.
