Sorry but I haven't been on the UT for about a week. I don't think the Wait Window is a problem, but I sure wouldn't want someone hitting the 'Esc' key, if you know what I mean ... and I think you do (classic line from Jo Bob Briggs). Haven't heard from anyone else so it may be something we have to live with. Perhaps if one were to - SET ESCAPE OFF - and/or use - ON ESCAPE * - before executing the SELECT one wouldn't care if the user hits the 'Esc' key !
