I don't have much to add to what others have said, but will put in my $.02:

This is such a great resource for me...I feel pretty isolated here (a small island in the western Pacific)...I'm an independant consultant - I used to get so much out of discussions w/collegues and mentors when I worked in the states...but that's no longer available to me.

SOOO many times, there has been some little (or big) problem nagging at me, and I'll read the solution in a UT thread.

I use the UT Navigator, and miss a bit in the translation, I think, but it works ok for me.

I don't answer many ?'s, but hope to someday...

The UT is all pluses and WELL worth the membership. J
