Hi,

I have a container class with an ole (ocx) object on it - date time control to be exact. I have lot's of instances of it on different forms throughout app - on page frames - in other contraners, etc. It works perfectly in all cases.

The problem is that when I try to move it to another class - either through dragging in project or in command window with "Add Class" - I get an error:

<strong> Object class is invalid for this container. Class containing OLE object is being ignored.Record number xxx </strong>

The class copies minus the datetime object.

I have not tested a lot of active x - but it seems to happen with comm control and comm dialog too. I suspect it would for most any active-x control. What is strange is that the forms this is on will move just fine - with the control! Any help is greatly appreciated.
