On older machines you may have to install the HTML Help engine. The required file(s) can be downloaded from http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/tools/htmlhelp/wkshp/download.htm . Also there is a discussion of HTML Help on the FoxForum wiki at http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?wiki~HtMLHelp~WIN_COM_DNA . In particular you may want to look for the sections entitled "How to Install HTML Help on User's Machine" and "Installing HTML Help on Computers without IE4 or later".
