I have no consistency in instantaiting objects, but maybe I should. Are there any advantages to using either of these:

Dim oConn As Connection, oRS As Recordset
or
Dim oConn As ADODB.Connection, oRS As ADODB.Recordset

And

Dim oBizObj As New myClass
or
Dim oBizObj As myClass
Set oBizObj = New myClass
