Pardon me for jumping in, but there is another advantage, which maybe isn't evident for you (no offence, please!)

I talk about the users which have an complex application, only _one_complex_application_, written in Visual FoxPro, where they can do their daily tasks. For this reason, they don't have Microsoft Office installed. They don't need it. However, they _must_ to be able to send e-mail. The only reasonable sollution seems to be Outlook Express. Isn't it?
