VFP 6.0

I want to know the best way to start an application with a menue and a form.

Let's say that I have a menu that is called "mymenu", and a form that is called "myscreen".

I am using the project manager. I have set "myscreen" as the main component for the application. In the INIT of "myscreen" I DO "mymenu".

Is this the proper way to accomplish this?

How can I add some of the VFP menu items to my menu?
