For technical content, it's hard to beat FoxTalk from Pinnacle; I'd recommend getting the electronic subscription - save a tree, and the e-sub gets you access to their back issues electronically as well.

CoDe looks very interesting; the content of the one issue I read was good, and the general focus is outstanding. It's only been in print for a short time; it'll be outstanding if it can live up to the quality of issue 1.

FoxPro Advisor has the widest circulation, and is the oldest established publication on Fox, and the only one of the major magazines with continuing coverage of pre-VFP topics. I've not been entirely pleased with the content recently, and it's not focused on the things that are of greatest ongoing concern to me.
