>I am getting ready to start developing intranet applications using VFP. I need to know what other software is required or suggested for developing a web site that allows users to query data from a FoxPro database using a web browser. Our company has a TCP/IP based WAN and we have Internet Explorer 5 on the client computers. We have a company intranet site that runs on IIS (not sure what version) all of the current content was created in front page. I am just getting started and would like to get started right

From what you describe, you don't need anything... you can use ADO to query your VFP database, or use a VFP middle tier object running on your IIS server to get the information for you - and return it to your browser.

Go to the Microsoft site and read everything you can find on creating a middle tier - and using ADO in an ASP file.

If you need any specific help, just ask...
