Hi Victor:
Two ways.....either by having the fullblown SQL Server installed somewhere that can access MSDE (as Francisco pointed out) or by using Access 2000 and creating an Access project. The Access interface to the MSDE database closely mirrors the UI from the SQL Server management tools.
