Try other printer drivers. Try IBM Proprinter driver instead of OKI driver. If you get desperate, try Generic Text driver (obviously not a permanent solution, but might help you identify the real problem). Also, print to file and then look for stray CR-LF codes (or extra spaces, tabs or other non-printing demons) Good Luck.
