Jim, although this whole matter drove me NUTS for a while, I disagree with your last statement. IM(NS)HO The *WHOLE POINT* of NOFILTER is to give you a separate and distinct cursor/table not a filtered copy. The fact that the docs say it is written to disk is a different matter.
