It's a temporary table - it's created in the SELECT statement, and added to the main table by referencing the file through the DBF() fucntion - while the name of the temproary table is not known at design-time, the alias it will be referenced by is known, and the name is retrieved by getting the DBF() for the alias given to the temproary file.
