MTS and COM have been combined into one entity in Windows 2000. It's called COM+. Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Component Services. It works almost exactly like MTS did on NT4. There are also some new features such as Loosley Couple Events and Queued Components that you can't currently take full advantage of with VFP because they require Implementation Inheritance.
