Cindy,

I have done something similiar with cut and paste. The problem I usually hit is after several reports have been created and imnplemented, one of the manager types dictates a change in the Header or Footer. Since it is considered bad form to shoot a client, I then have to change all of the reports to meet the new criteria. I am trying to set myself up so I only change the headers and footer in one place and have it carry through to all reports.

I am hoping I can make FRX's with the headers and footers and make the body of the report (goup , detail and summary bands) in a separate FRX file. Then when I need the report merge the approprate files to make the FRX for the report and run it.
