Under the control panel / telephony screen there are a bunch of phone setup fields that I'd like to take into account without having to ask the user for them all over again in my app.

Is there a way for me to pass a phone# to the API and have it dialed while taking all of the TAPI rules/settings into effect? (Ie: Dial 9, when to dial 1, etc)
