If you have access to the server, you could use the MS Schedule service along with the AT command to run things at an appropriate time. I use this for hourly/daily tasks.

You won't be able to run an .ASP directly, but you could run a VB/VFP/C++ .EXE that might use the MS Internet Access Control (or something similar) to request your .ASP page.
