I use a config.fpw file to set path, etc. Then I reference the various paths I require. My sub directories are referenced as in the example below. Check the MSDN Library for details. It is an easy task to change the path information if the data is moved to a different machine. The example below assumes the exe and data reside on the server. If you have the exe on the client just change the path.
