OK, now we're getting closer. Does the combobox have the right data in it but the wrong item visible? Or do you need to requery the data in the combo's rowsource?

If the former, is the combobox bound to the data? If so it should refresh automatically. If not you'll have to go to the correct item in the combo data and refresh the combo box.

If the latter, then you'll have to do a Requery() of the data (cursor, view, etc.) and then a Requery() of the combo as well.
