Doug Hennig made a simple framework (for error handling) that you can find
on www.stonefield.com
check the 'technical papers' section under 'software development' and look for
'error handling in visual foxpro'

this file contains class libraries that sub-class each control and Doug explained the 'hows and whys' of his simple framework during a series of articles in Foxtalk.

Its simple, effective, and covers more than just error handling.
