You know there is an alternative to getting MSDN Universal... become a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider, and you get MSDN Universal, TechNet, etc. All you need is 2 MCP's (not MCSD's MCSE's just MCP's - one test) here is the requirements site...

Also, if you go through the sign up (you don't actually have to enroll) you can see all the licenses you get for software, etc.
