Hello again everyone!

Does anyone know what this error means? We don't get it until we enter a certain number of records, at which point the computer freezes and/or indexes get jumbled and/or a fatal error message pops up and/or a "record in use by another user" message comes up. Would any of you know what causes this error and possibly how it can be fixed? Thankyou very much.
