I keep getting the following error when I try to get working copies of asp files in Visual InterDev.

Cannot open file"C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\project\_vti_pvt\service.lck for writing.

I have full controll in Internet Information Server Mgn console and full controll on the folder in the NTexplorer.

I have been working with this project for a while and have never seen this error before.
