I have a combobox that contains descriptions

My problem is that I don't have those items ordered the way I'd like them to be.

The users entered some of those items with accentuated characters (it's in french)

So now the combobox gives me something like this

aa
ab
ac
aâ

But I would like the result to be like this

aa
aâ
ab
ac

How do I do that with a SELECT SQL statement
