In reference to the infamous exception 10h, I'm guessing it's due to some math library that several vendors are using. HP isn't the only one with this problem, I've seen Canon and Epson drivers do it, too. As far as I can tell, Microsoft isn't telling printer driver devs to flip the bit on the FPU, so a common math library is my best guess.
