This was originally a TasTrade class but almost all the TasTrade functionality has been removed.
I have had a look, but the code where the include file was used has been commented in 'your' version. So you can simply remove the include file.
In my include file nothing is mentioned about the button order.
I only remove some buttons at startup (init) but that code is commented too.
