No the form and the cursor buffer modes need not be the same, the cursor setting will take precedence that is why the cursor's property is named BufferModeOVERRIDE becasue it overrirdes the form setting. I use the cursor properties because the form's property doesn't give us an opportunity to set the row/table options of the buffer mode.
