Thanks for the suggestion. I think this was already considered, but I'll pass it along. We are looking to trap the drop of the menu when no selection has yet been made. If the user has dropped a menu and is just browsing but has not made a selection and then a modal form pops up (a reminder), the click events of the buttons on the modal form do not fire. We are, of couse, considering other approaches.
