I don't know of a way to surpress the Printing message, it comes from the print manager in windows. As for etc. I can't say because I don't know which messages it refers to. SET NOTIFY OFF will surpress many of the messages, as will using your own error handler. For specific messages you would need to tell us which message it is you want to surpress and someone may know how to do it.
