Hi Cetin,

I agree that the Fox.Wikis doesn't lend itself to posting questions. Please don't think I'm knocking the UT. The UT never leaves my screen at work.

Debates, discussions, conversations, sometimes break out on the Fox.Wikis. Steven Black encourages all wikis users to "refactor" those pages when the conversation dies down. Frequently, you'll go back and look at a page that had a long running debate over several approaches to an issue. When you return, you see that someone "cleaned it up" and left only what the group agreed to as the best solution. That's the feature of the wikis I was referring to.

The thread I'm talking about here on the UT had John Koziol, Ed Rauh, Ed Pikman and several others trying to figure out a quirk they were seeing. The thread never made clear what was going on, it just sort of stopped.

I found that thread because now I'm having the same problem. When I looked on the MSDN site, I found that MS now call it a bug and have a workaround posted. If this were the Fox.WIkis, I'd go back and "refactor" the original thread to also mention the KB article.

Please don't think I was knocking the UT. You'll notice that my "envelope" is white. I don't hesitate when it's time to renew my PUTM. I'd sooner make due without coffee.... okay, maybe not coffee. <g>
