An older version of VFP6.0's Setup Wizard was not including 2 files that are needed for use the CHM help files. I made the mistake of running the setup wizard to see what files the wizard included and then included those in my installshield setup. Found out that the wizard left out 2 files. Users were mashing the F1 key to launch help and nothing was happening. There is a newer version of the setup wizard that corrects the problem. Sorry cant recall exactly what the files were. Check the knowledgebase on vfp - its documented there.
