(using VMP 3.01)

How best to add a call to SDT's REPAIR() function when opening my database (app developed with VMP)? Do i have to use SDTs table opening routines instead of letting VMP open the database/tables? If VMPs open routine fails, could i then call REPAIR?

If a call was to be made to run the SDT UPDATE() function due to the presence of an "update file flag" (if FILE("UDPATE.TXT") oMeta.UPDATE("ALL")), should the REPAIR function be run first?

Can anyone share an example piece of code that:

1) shows where to add the REPAIR call? (vcx/method)
2) priority of calling OPEN | UPDATE | REPAIR ?
3) uses SDTs open database/tables routine instead of VMPs?
