Have you mis-stated the problem? You would always be grouping on TransactionIDNumber. But you might be printing only the current transaction.

REPORT FORM MyReport TO PRINTER NOCONSOLE FOR ;
    MyTable.TransactionIDNumber = THISFORM.txtTransactionIDNumber.VALUE
