You can set the forms minbutton property to .f. and/or the controlbox property to .f. as for alt+tab I'm not sure you can change that.
WAG..... you might try on key label alt+tab * (WAG = wild ass guess that means I don't know if it will work and have not tested it...it is just that... a guess)
