Continuously adding and dropping views from a multi-user DBC [your master DBC for the app] is a very bad idea. I can not stress that point enough. If you just have to create RVs on the fly, create a temp DBC to create your remote views in. Then delete the DBC, DCT and DCX on app shutdown.

IMO, not knowing the full extent of your app, probably the best solution is ADO or SPT.
