As I told you it's long ago since and I have the same problem as Alex.
I have actually no printer with a font cartridge loaded.

As an alternative to Daves methode of creating a C dll you might
also play with the MS Commondialog as far as I saw it here, testing
against dot matrix printers with built in fonts this ActiveX brings
up the same fonts as Word does (also the printer fonts, if the
filter is set to 3 or 41) Though you could use it to let the user
choose his printer font too.
