Well,

1. I don't think my boss will accept that. I need to make a decision as to whether to rewrite a fairly large app in VB (currently in VFP but not very stable--and not written by me :)

2. There was actually a comparison, put out by M$ I believe, that gave blow by blow comparison of the two products. And you know if it was from M$ there was no Good/Bad on either side...both products will bring programmers to Nirvana.

3. I think I remember the doc you are talking about...if so it was pretty funny and I'll take a copy of that one too //;-)
