Hola Raymundo,
I'll reply in English because that way it will benefit others in the future. If you need it in Spanish, let me know and I'll email you.
Try setting up your printer as Generic Text/Only. This bypasses any windows drivers and output is sent raw directly to the printer.
When you use the windows drivers, when you send your dot-matrix printer an "A", the printer doesn't receive chr(65), which is the ascii equivalent of "A", but instead, windows sends it a BITMAP; a PICTURE of the "A" as rendered in the font that's selected.
When you use the Text only driver, windows can't use fonts (so forget about graphics and nice formatting), but will send the printer the actual ASCII values of the characters from your report.
