I have created a MDI form which has a few Child forms.
How can I check whether one of the Child Form is active?
But it seems that when I issue the frmChild.WindowsState ,
it will launch the form (if not already active).

How should I go about checking the form whether activate
without activating the form when it is not active. Thanks.
