This reminds of the well-known (perhaps) story regarding a some one who called Word Perfect Tech Support (I think it was WP). Anyway, in a nutshell, the guy calls because he can no longer see the cursor on the screen. After quite a bit of conversation. This exchanges occurs:

Tech Support: So the computer's screen is totally blank, and it's plugged in and turned on?

User: Yes! And it was working fine until all the lights in the building went out.

TS: I see. Do you have the boxes and everything that came with the computer?

User: Um, yes I do. Is it serious.

TS: Yes, I'm afraid so. You need to box up the machine and take it back to the store.

User: OK, what do I tell them?

TS: Tell them that you're too %^&# stupid to own a computer.
