I'm parttime working (always when I get some free time what doesn't happen very often <g>) on this subject too. We aim on binding our inhouse application to our telephony equipment to receive mainly the CallerId's for further use.

Where do you wan't to jump in the device? On a TAPI level or even deeper by
handling a CTI/CSTA port yourself? What brand of device will you been working with or do you plan a generic solution?
