It is diffrent way for show toolbars in report designer window. But problem a bit wide..
- User can close toolbar and want open again during one session. How to show again? Close and run again?
- User want to use GridLines menu item.. etc..

I thinking.. Is exist way for RELEASE bar from view menu or set menu item as disable
